good hotel, spacious reception lobby, but weakness of the hotel is the fact that there are too many stairs , which is quite not easy when you have to come down each time. I think as it is located near Pratunam area, the weighing machine for luggage should be put on each floor. overall good stay, big room, clean everyday. booked a taxi at the hotel for early morning to suvarnabhumi. The taximan came very early and we were able to catch our plane in time. thanks.

The connoisseur at the hotel lobby , I’ve known him for years. I’ve used this hotel for a long time prior to Covid . To arrive back after 4 years and treated like royalty. As for the cleaning staff , receptionist’s and all other staff members of this hotel are the most helpful and caring people ever . I would not use another hotel. I’m planning on going back on my return to Bangkok.

The room conditions are good and the facilities in the rooms are full at its price. Located near the city center and was very convenient to any point. The bathroom and toilet are clean and tidy.

Near to pratunam markets, short bus or cab ride to sukhumvit nightlife. Short walk to Ratchaprarop Airport link for train to airport. Clean room, good size safety box. Friendly staff.
